Savi Pharma Continues "Our Children, Our Future" Campaign

Believing in the community role of Savi_Pharma and with the certainty that today's children are the pillars of the future, the company continues the #Our_Children_Our_Future campaign that it adopted two years ago... with a lecture by Dr. Amr Abdel Aziz - Mental Health Consultant, titled "A Step Forward Towards Better Mental Health" at Rewad Al-Sadiq Private Language School.

The lecture includes the following topics:

Setting goals and priorities in life, and establishing an action plan to achieve them. Establishing healthy boundaries for work and personal life, and not compromising rest and relaxation time.

Paying attention to social relationships and communication with others, and avoiding isolation and seclusion. Taking care of physical health through exercise and following a healthy diet.

Learning to manage stress and psychological tension through training in deep breathing and meditation techniques.
